Affiliated Commercial Complex of Nantong University Town
On April 26, Chairman Zhang Xiangyang attended the opening ceremony for Affiliated Commercial Complex of Nantong University Town as performed by Branch No.1 and addressed speech.
The Affiliated Commercial Complex of Nantong University Town as invested by Nantong Shanshui Investment Co.,Ltd, designed by Shanghai Jihe Architecture Co.,Ltd. and Nantong Plan and design Institute and consulted by Nantong Zhongfang Consulting Co.,Ltd. covered an area of 40000 M2 and will be completed within 1330 days with total cost of RMB 350 Million and built-up area of 120225 M2. It will be a complex commercial center for offices, commercial service, leisure and entertainment in Nantong New District.
The Project is a focused project in Nantong New District for its large quantities and high requirement. Therefore, the company gave great prominence to this project for which Chairman Zhang Xiangyang required Branch No.1 who undertook this project to manage scientifically and perform diligently with high standard and strict requirement and finally ensure the construction target on time.
Chairman Zhang Xiangyang together with Gu Jianhua, CPC Secretary of Langshan Town and other leaders laid cornerstone for the project.
