Collective Salary Consultative Conference
On April 20, 2015, the Group held Collective Salary Consultative Conference in which the salary increase, bonus issuance, insurance and welfare are discussed and communicated widely. 12 representatives from executives and staff took part in the conference. Chairman Zhang Xiangyang, Chief Representative for executives and Li Weidong, Chairman of Labor Union as Chief Representative for staff presided the conference. Zhu Xiaocheng, Chairman of Labor Union of Nantong Construction Bureau attended the conference and made guidance and supervision.
After wide discussion and communication, both parties reached consensus and formed Collective Salary Consultative Agreement （Draft）.
