Delegation Leaded by Chairman Zhang Xiangyang Visited Kingdom of Thailand and Kingdom of Cambodia

From September 14 to September 29, 2015, Chairman Zhang Xiangyang together with Deputy GM Mr. Chen Jianqing, Deputy GM Mr. Chen Guoli, Chief Accountant Mr. Shao Jinman and Mr. Zhang Xiyi, Deputy GM of Overseas Branch visited Thailand and Cambodia for implementation and speeding up “Going Out” Strategy.

During this period, the Delegation investigated local construction markets, visited local authorities and persons, obtained information of investing environment, discussed the projects and reached initial cooperation intention.

In Thailand, the Delegation Visited Mr. Huang Jianming, the former Director of Thailand Immigration Office who visited the Group last year and had good impression with the Group. Mr. Huang Jianming introduced the cultivation plan and related projects of Thailand infrastructure and was ready to help the Group to explore in Thailand, which was highly appreciated by Chairman Zhang Xiangyang. Both discussed and confirmed the future cooperation area.

In Cambodia, the Delegation had an indepth discussion with Mr. Li Dapeng, GM of Nanyue International Company. In this discussion, Chairman Zhang Xiangyang first of all introduced the Group and related overseas markets to GM Mr. Li Dapeng who then introduced the Sisophon Industrial Park in Poipet to Chairman Zhang Xiangyang. Sisophon Industrial Park covers the area of 3200acre and was cultivated to 2 garment factories and park management center as 1st phase. The 2nd phase will be cultivated to 1 solar photovoltaic manufacturing factory, 1 surgery material manufacturing factory and so on. GM Li Dapeng highly appraised the comprehensive strength of the Group and hoped that the Group could participate in the ongoing construction of Sisophon Industrial Park which was then visited by the Delegation on site. Both parties finally reached initial cooperation intention as to the construction of Sisophon Industrial Park.

Currently, the commercial relationship between China and ASEAN was of foremost importance accompanied by the implementation of “Belt and Road” Strategy. Therefore, Thailand and Cambodia, the two important members of ASEAN, will certainly be the focusing countries that the Group needs to participate in.
