On October 18, 2017, the Group organized the staff for watching the Opening Ceremony of the 19^th National Congress of Communist Party of China and issued the Notice of Studying the Spirit of the 19^th National Congress of Communist Party of China and Turning the Spirit into Scientific Development of the Group.
