The Group Company’s 2023 Self-Managed Review for Intermediate Professional Titles in Construction Engineering Has Been Successfully Completed.

From November 14 to 17, the Group organized and conducted the 2023 self-assessment for intermediate professional and technical qualifications in construction engineering. Cao Weiguo, Deputy Director of the Specialized Technical Personnel Division of the Nantong Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, visited the Group to provide guidance.

During the meeting, Director Cao put forward specific requirements in three areas: rigorously reviewing application materials, accurately applying evaluation criteria, and conducting the review process in a fair and impartial manner. The current title evaluation committee comprises four internal experts from the Group and one external expert, with Yi Xingzhong, the Group’s Chief Engineer, serving as the chairperson.

This year, a total of 48 candidates applied for title evaluation, covering five specialties: architectural construction, electrical installation in buildings, mechanical and electrical equipment installation, construction cost estimation, and engineering testing. In accordance with the relevant requirements on title evaluation issued by the Nantong Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the evaluation committee adhered to the principles of impartiality, fairness, transparency, and compliance, and conducted the evaluation via video defense. The expert panel carefully reviewed the applications, posed pertinent questions, and voted collectively; the final results will be announced after public notice.

Leveraging the autonomy in professional title evaluation to invigorate talent development. As one of the first enterprises in Nantong City authorized to conduct independent evaluations for intermediate-level professional technical qualifications in construction engineering, the Group has, since launching this initiative, consistently upheld its role as a model and benchmark, rigorously ensuring the quality of its talent pool. Over the past seven years, it has approved a total of 445 individuals for intermediate-level professional titles. By continuously refining the title-evaluation system and actively streamlining career-development pathways for professional and technical personnel, the Group has provided robust human-resource support for its high-quality development.
