The Group Company Conducts Specialized Training on Technology and Quality

On February 22, the Group conducted a specialized training session on technology and quality, which was attended by a total of 86 participants, including technical directors from subsidiaries and branch companies, technical and quality management personnel, and trainees in the mentorship program.
Yi Xingzhong, Chief Engineer of the Group Company, delivered a special lecture on “Preparation and Submission of Construction Method Statements for Engineering Projects,” followed by an exchange on technical quality management. During the meeting, the company’s 2024 targets for excellence were broken down and assigned to specific departments and teams. Liu Xu, Technical Advisor of the Group Company, then presented a special lecture entitled “Case Study Analysis of Specialized Construction Plans for High-Formwork Systems and Lattice-Type Tower Crane Foundations—High-Risk and Large-Scale Projects.”
The objectives of this training are as follows: first, to set forth the 2024 technical and quality management requirements for all branches and subsidiaries; second, to require technical and quality management personnel at each branch to actively undertake the preparation and submission of science-and-technology innovation projects; and third, to standardize the preparation and execution of specialized construction plans for hazardous and large-scale projects through case studies and analyses of such plans.
