3 On the afternoon of the 2nd, the Technical Quality Department of the First Branch Company organized a technical and quality exchange meeting, bringing together key technical personnel from all projects under the branch as well as representatives of young college graduates. The meeting was aligned with the Group’s spring training program and focused on exchanging insights into the preparation and submission of construction methods, drawing techniques for disc-lock scaffolding in high-formwork projects, and safety calculations. Drawing on the actual conditions of projects undertaken by the branch in recent years, the Technical Quality Department shared with each project important considerations for preparing construction plans for other high-risk and large-scale works. In addition, in light of the various excellence-creation targets assigned by the Group, the department systematically reviewed eligible projects and further clarified the excellence-creation objectives for each ongoing project. The meeting emphasized that, while ensuring the fulfillment of the Group’s excellence-creation targets, all parties should actively learn from sister units—starting with pre-construction excellence planning and ongoing quality management, through to post-completion excellence applications—and make the most of the Group’s advantageous resources and the advanced experience of its peers, so as to elevate the branch’s excellence-creation efforts to a new level. During the meeting, Li Haifeng, Chief Engineer of the branch, stressed that young colleagues should cherish and make full use of opportunities for learning and exchange, identify shortcomings, address weak areas, master and effectively apply technical skills, strive for greater achievements in their respective roles, and, while making personal progress, also contribute to the Group’s high-quality development.
