The No. 1 Courtyard Project on Xingsheng Street in Suqian Has Undergone On-Site Verification of Wage Payments to Migrant Workers by the Provincial Authorities.

On the afternoon of October 17, the provincial assessment team for ensuring timely payment of wages to rural migrant workers visited the B and C plot project of No. 1 Courtyard on Xingsheng Street in Suqian, which is being constructed by the Suzhou Branch, to conduct an on-site inspection of the project’s wage-payment practices for rural migrant workers. Relevant officials from Suqian City accompanied the inspection.
After listening to the relevant briefing, the assessment team reviewed the project’s records and documentation related to the payment of wages to migrant workers, conducted a comprehensive inspection of the implementation of labor employment management, the real-name registration system for migrant workers, the dedicated wage accounts for migrant workers, the subcontractor payroll-disbursement arrangement, and the posting of rights-protection information notice boards, and held face-to-face discussions with the project manager, the project labor and payroll officer, and on-site construction personnel to conduct a thorough verification of all aspects of migrant worker wage payments on the project.
The project director stated that, since the commencement of construction on Plots B and C of No. 1 Courtyard on Xingsheng Street in Suqian, the project has rigorously adhered to the relevant requirements issued by the local competent authorities in Suqian and the parent group regarding the guarantee of wage payments to migrant workers. To this end, the project has strengthened oversight, ensured strict implementation, refined operational measures, and effectively safeguarded the timely payment of wages to migrant workers, thereby making proactive efforts to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
Upon verification, the inspection team commended the No. 1 Courtyard project on Xinsheng Street for its effective measures to ensure timely payment of wages to migrant workers, noting that the project management maintains standardized daily practices for wage disbursement, that all safeguarding measures are fully implemented, and that all relevant systems are functioning properly—demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to social responsibility.
