Fight Hard for 100 Days to Kick Off with a Winning Start

On October 15, the Lianyungang–Huai’an Expressway Expansion Project Office convened a ceremony to launch the “100-Day Intensive Effort for a Strong Start” labor competition for building and MEP works, along with a site visit to showcase standardized safety practices, at the construction site of Section LHKJ-FJ-1—undertaken by our company and located adjacent to the Songtiao Toll Station on the G25 Changchun–Shenzhen Expressway. The meeting was attended by project managers and construction supervisors from all contract sections of the Lianyungang–Huai’an Expressway expansion project, directors and deputy directors of the resident chief engineer offices, as well as project leaders and full-time safety officers from Jiangsu Transportation Science Research Institute Testing & Certification Co., Ltd.
The meeting was conducted in five agenda items: briefing on the labor competition plan and assessment details; speeches by representatives from the project office and the chief supervision office; a mobilization address on the labor competition delivered by the project office leadership; a visit to the Nantong Construction Group’s exhibition of safety-standard construction photographs; and a visit to the Nantong Construction Group’s LHKJ-FJ-1 Section project office’s standardized, safe construction site.
At the observation meeting, all participants were neatly dressed and wore safety helmets. The event commenced with a mobilization address for the labor competition delivered by Zhuang Mingzhao, Director of the Lianyungang–Huai’an Expansion Project Office, followed by the signing of responsibility agreements for the 100-day sprint campaign with representatives from each participating construction unit. Subsequently, attendees toured the standardized, safe construction site under our company’s contract section as well as an exhibition showcasing related achievements. Representatives from all participating units expressed high praise for our company’s standardized, safe, and civilized construction site. This observation meeting successfully enhanced Nantong Construction Group’s brand influence within Jiangsu Province’s transportation infrastructure construction sector.
