Recently, upon learning that Shi Feng, an employee of the First Branch Company, had successfully undergone a kidney transplant, Qiu Lin, Deputy General Manager of the Group and General Manager of the First Branch Company, Wang Shaobo, Chairman of the Group Trade Union, Ma Yinhua, Secretary of the Party Branch of the First Branch Company, and Wang Xaqian, Chairwoman of the Trade Union, visited Shi Feng’s home to offer their condolences and extend their care to him as he recovers, thereby demonstrating the warmth and strength of the company as one big family.
For many years, Shi Feng has selflessly dedicated himself to his work. However, a sudden and severe illness plunged his life into hardship: renal failure subjected him to immense physical suffering and psychological stress. Determined to regain his health and restore his confidence in life, he bravely embarked on the arduous journey of kidney transplantation—a procedure whose success undoubtedly heralds a new dawn of life.
During the visit of condolence, the leaders carefully inquired about Shi Feng’s postoperative recovery, encouraged him to maintain a positive attitude, cooperate fully with treatment, and focus on recuperating, and assured him that the trade union would always stand by his side and do everything possible to alleviate his difficulties. The trade union also presented him with thoughtfully prepared gifts and a cash donation, hoping to offer him greater material support and care.
Deeply moved by the union’s heartfelt care, Shi Feng said: “During the most challenging times, it was my workplace and the union that gave me strength and support, allowing me to feel the warmth of home and inspiring the courage and confidence to overcome my illness. I will do my utmost to recover and return to work as soon as possible, repaying the company and my leaders’ care with concrete actions.”
