This morning, Zhou Feng, Deputy Director of the Nantong Municipal Construction Project Cost Management Office, visited the site in person and delivered a presentation on 2024 In-depth training on the interpretation of the “Standard for Quantity-Based Pricing in Construction Projects.” Deputy Director Zhou Feng emphasized that cost management personnel should uphold five core principles: continuous learning, independent thinking, rigorous professionalism, quantity-based pricing, and a strong awareness of contract performance. During the training, Deputy Director Zhou Feng discussed 2024 The new edition of the pricing standards has been comprehensively and thoroughly explained, covering key sections such as general provisions, terminology, bill-of-quantities pricing, and contract selection. Through this detailed briefing, participants have gained a clearer understanding of the provisions and requirements of the new standards, laying a solid foundation for their accurate application in practical work going forward. This will significantly enhance the quality and efficiency of tasks such as preparing quantity takeoffs, pricing, and contract management, while effectively reducing various disputes arising from misinterpretations of the standards.
In the afternoon, the business operations exchange meeting was held as scheduled. Lu Binbin, Manager of the Group’s Business Operations Department, began by conducting an in-depth analysis of the company’s operational performance data over recent years. Subsequently, heads of subsidiary units and personnel from various business lines took turns delivering detailed reports and engaging in exchanges on topics such as their respective markets, last year’s operating results, and strategies for market expansion. Participants shared their operational experience candidly and openly while also frankly identifying the challenges they face and offering constructive suggestions.
