In June of this year, coinciding with the 24th National Safety Production Month and the 38th Safety Production Month in Nantong City, the Third Branch Company responded enthusiastically to the call from the Group and higher-level authorities. Adhering to the theme “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Identifying Safety Hazards Around Us,” the company launched a comprehensive, multi-level series of safety production activities to strengthen the safety production defense line.

At the beginning of the month, the branch office promptly convened a mobilization meeting for “Safety Production Month” to comprehensively plan and deploy the initiative. Following the meeting, the branch immediately distributed to all projects a carefully prepared notice on “Safety Production Month” activities, a detailed activity plan, professional training materials, and impactful safety awareness resources. Simultaneously, both online and offline learning sessions were conducted to ensure that every employee clearly understands the objectives and requirements of the campaign, thereby fostering a strong culture of full staff participation.
During the campaign, senior leaders from the branch office personally took charge and led the Safety Production Department and other relevant personnel to visit construction sites across all projects. They delivered the company’s uniformly produced eye-catching safety slogans, comprehensive safety brochures, and promotional pamphlets directly to each project site. At every site, they promptly convened all members of the project team for a solemn on-site signing ceremony. During these ceremonies, the leaders not only thoroughly conveyed the spirit of directives issued by higher authorities but also conducted vivid educational briefings based on real-world case studies, engaging in lively interactive discussions with project staff. Through these efforts, the concept of safety was truly embedded in the hearts of employees, ensuring that “safety” is firmly in everyone’s hands.
To further enhance the impact of these initiatives, the branch office has meticulously planned and organized a series of diverse and content-rich activities. These include conducting safety quiz exams to promote learning through testing and assess employees’ mastery of safety knowledge; hosting blackboard-news competitions to stimulate employees’ creative enthusiasm and disseminate safety information; launching a “Snap It—Safety First” campaign to encourage employees to proactively identify and report potential safety hazards in their immediate surroundings; establishing Safety Consultation Days to provide employees with guidance and address their questions; delivering both online and offline safety training to improve employees’ safety skills; organizing site visits to benchmark construction sites to learn from advanced safety management practices; forming an amateur safety emergency response and rescue team that actively participates in emergency response drills organized by the Municipal Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau to hone its emergency handling capabilities; and concurrently conducting self-inspections at project sites and specialized inspections by the branch office to comprehensively identify safety hazards, maintain detailed records, and ensure timely rectification and elimination, thereby preventing problems before they occur.
Through the orderly implementation of this series of activities, the content of the “Safety Production Month” campaign has been greatly enriched, safety awareness has taken deep root among employees, potential safety hazards have been effectively identified and addressed, and the campaign has achieved excellent results, thereby laying a solid foundation for the branch company’s safety production efforts.
