Supporting the Scottish Premiership: Construction Online

On August 3, the Suqian Olympic Sports Center buzzed with excitement and fluttered with colorful banners as the Suqian home match of the Jiangsu Urban Football League (SuChao) kicked off in full swing. Outside the stadium, a striking splash of “Nantong Construction Blue” caught the eye: the project office for the No. 1 Courtyard on Xinsheng Street in Suqian, under the Group Company, not only displayed a prominent corporate branding board but also rallied its employees to join more than 20,000 fans in cheering and supporting the teams, infusing the event with the company’s spirit and vitality while injecting fresh energy into the city’s cultural and sports endeavors through concrete action.

On the day of the match, the Nantong Construction Company display board at the entrance to the Olympic Sports Center drew a crowd of fans. The board featured a concise corporate profile alongside striking visual renderings of the No. 1 Courtyard project on Xingsheng Street in Suqian, effectively highlighting the company’s deep expertise in urban development while giving local residents a clear sense of the high-quality vision behind this prestigious project.

According to the project director, the No. 1 Courtyard on Xinsheng Street in Suqian is a flagship quality development resulting from the collaboration between Nantong Construction Engineering Group and the Suqian Municipal Culture and Tourism Group. Situated adjacent to the century-old cultural district of Xinsheng Street, the project benefits from comprehensive local amenities, including schools, hospitals, and commercial facilities, and upon completion will emerge as a new urban landmark integrating cultural tourism experiences, high-quality residential living, and convenient community services. “From excavation of the foundation to the main structural construction, we have consistently adopted an attitude of ‘striving for excellence and pooling our strengths to overcome challenges.’ For instance, in response to the architectural style of the surrounding area within the cultural district, we repeatedly refined the exterior design to ensure it harmonizes with the city’s cultural ethos,” the director explained. This relentless pursuit of quality, they noted, aligns closely with the “striving for progress and fostering unity and collaboration” spirit embodied by the SuChao racing event—and is precisely why the company chose to support the event this time.

In fact, sponsoring the Scottish Premiership is not Nantong Construction’s first foray into urban public welfare and cultural development. In recent years, from funding rural education and engaging in community volunteer service to supporting local charitable initiatives and making donations for earthquake relief, Nantong Construction has consistently upheld and promoted the traditional virtues of “being charitable and generous, and helping the poor and the needy.” The company actively participates in social公益 endeavors, closely aligning its corporate growth with the progress of the city.

“Architecture is the backbone of a city, while culture is its soul. We must not only build quality structures but also infuse the city with vibrant spiritual energy,” said a spokesperson for the group. Looking ahead, Nantong Construction Engineering will continue to fulfill its social responsibilities through concrete actions, actively engaging in public welfare initiatives and cultural and sports activities as it advances project development, thereby contributing the “Construction Engineering Power” to urban development and social harmony.
