  Li Haifeng is the 2012 National Outstanding Project Manager in Engineering Construction. Born in 1979, he graduated from Nanjing Institute of Architectural Engineering with a major in Civil Engineering. He joined Nantong Construction Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Nantong Municipal Construction and Installation Engineering Corporation) in August 2001. Currently, he holds the titles of Grade-I Constructor and Senior Engineer, and serves as Deputy General Manager and Project Manager of the First Branch Company of Nantong Construction Group Co., Ltd.

  Since joining the workforce, Comrade Li Haifeng has consistently upheld a sound work style and professional ethics, demonstrated a humble and eager attitude toward learning, and embraced pragmatism and innovation. He possesses high technical and managerial competence, adheres to stringent standards and rigorous requirements in engineering construction, and has achieved outstanding results in all aspects of project management and construction operations, thereby making significant contributions to the standardization of project management and the enhancement of the company’s social reputation. In particular, he has conducted extensive exploration and practical application in areas such as the use of project management software, the promotion of technological progress within the enterprise, and the prevention and control of common quality defects in construction projects. He has authored numerous papers and received multiple awards for his achievements in QC activities.

  Comrade Li Haifeng has served multiple times as the project manager for large-scale engineering projects, including the Rudong Fortune Plaza project, with a total floor area of 62,709 square meters; the Nantong Central Garden residential project, a high-rise residential complex spanning 31,986 square meters; and the Trade Union, Youth League, and Women’s Federation Building project, a 120,000-square-meter high-rise public building, all of which were awarded the National Quality Award. He currently serves as the Executive Project Manager for the Nantong Xiaohai Phase VIII project, a 260,000-square-meter resettlement housing development. The projects under his leadership have received numerous prestigious accolades and delivered significant economic and social benefits, earning widespread recognition from company management and various sectors of society.

  Comrade Li Haifeng has successively been recognized as Provincial Outstanding Project Manager in 2007 and 2011, Outstanding Project Manager of Nantong Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. in 2009 and 2010, Outstanding Construction Engineer of Nantong Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. in 2010, Outstanding Communist Party Member of Nantong Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. in 2010, One of the Top 100 Party Members by the Organization Department of the CPC Chongchuan District Committee of Nantong City in 2010, and National Outstanding Project Manager in the Engineering Construction Sector in 2012.
