On the morning of January 10, a delegation of senior executives from Nantong Third Construction Group Co., Ltd., led by President Huang Yuhui, visited our company for an inspection and exchange. Chairman Zhang Xiangyang, Executive Vice President Li Weidong, and other key leaders of the group based in Nantong attended the meeting. Chairman Zhang Xiangyang extended a warm welcome to the entire delegation from Nantong Third Construction for their visit and exchange. He began by providing an overview of the group’s basic profile and its transformation and development over recent years. He noted that Deputy General Manager Chen Jianqing gave a detailed presentation on the company’s specific measures for implementing the Ministry of Housing and Urban–Rural Development’s Two-Year Action Plan for Quality Improvement, as well as on the management of construction teams. Chief Accountant Shao Jinman and Finance Director Xu Chunyang also participated.

Chairman Zhang Xiangyang extended a warm welcome to all senior executives of Nantong Third Construction Company for their visit and exchange at our company. He began by providing an overview of the Group’s basic profile and its transformation and development over recent years. He noted that Deputy General Manager Chen Jianqing gave a detailed presentation on the company’s specific measures for implementing the Ministry of Housing and Urban–Rural Development’s Two-Year Action Plan for Quality Governance, as well as on the management of construction teams. Chief Accountant Shao Jinman and Finance Director Xu Chunyang shared the company’s experience in financial management and outlined its strategies and initiatives for addressing the upcoming tax policy reform—namely, the transition from business tax to value-added tax—in the construction industry. Deputy General Manager Chen Guoli then presented the company’s basic situation and experience in operating and managing overseas markets. In addition, Zhang Xiangyang elaborated on the background and strategic considerations underlying our company’s future transformation, upgrading, and adjustment and optimization efforts.
President Huang Yuhui expressed his gratitude to Chairman Zhang Xiangyang and the Group for their candid and practical sharing of experience. He then highlighted Nantong Third Construction’s recent strategies and initiatives for transformation and upgrading, deepening reform, and risk prevention and control. Other senior executives from both sides also engaged in targeted exchanges of best practices, creating a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere in the reception hall. In conclusion, the two parties reached a consensus on strategic cooperation: as leading enterprises in Nantong’s construction industry, Nantong Third Construction and Nantong Construction Engineering will further strengthen their ties, align on high-quality projects, establish collaborative mechanisms, share resources, and achieve mutually beneficial development.
