Construction Begins on the Comprehensive Supporting Service Area Project for Nantong University Town

On the morning of April 26, a grand groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Nantong University Town Comprehensive Supporting Service Area Project, which is being constructed by the First Branch Company. Zhang Xiangyang, Chairman of the Group, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. The Nantong University Town Comprehensive Supporting Service Area Project is invested in and developed by Nantong Shanshui Investment and Development Co., Ltd., designed by Shanghai Jihé Architectural Design Co., Ltd. and Nantong Municipal Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., and supervised by Nantong Zhongfang Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. The project is located on the north side of Chongchuan Road, the east side of Haixia Road, the west side of Xingming Road, and the south side of the Affiliated Middle School of Nantong University. The Nantong University Town Comprehensive Supporting Service Area Project is invested in and constructed by Nantong Shanshui Investment & Development Co., Ltd., designed by Shanghai Jihé Architectural Design Co., Ltd. and Nantong Municipal Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., and supervised by Nantong Zhongfang Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. The project is located on the north side of Chongchuan Road, the east side of Haixia Road, the west side of Xingming Road, and the south side of the Affiliated Middle School of Nantong University. The total land area of the project is 40,000 square meters, with a total floor area of approximately 120,225 square meters and a construction cost of nearly RMB 350 million. The contract duration is 1,330 days. The primary structural systems are frame and frame–core tube structures. The entire building complex comprises Buildings 1 through 9, Basement Level 1 (two stories), Civil Defense Basement Level 2 (two stories), and Basement Level 3 (one to two stories). Building 1 (the main tower) has 18 floors and a total height of 74.25 meters, while the other individual buildings range from 4 to 14 floors. This project is a comprehensive commercial complex integrating office space, commercial services, leisure facilities, and entertainment venues.
The Nantong University Town Comprehensive Supporting Service Area Project involves a large scope of work and stringent construction requirements, making it a key project in the city’s New Urban District. The Group places great importance on this project, with Chairman Zhang Xiangyang instructing the First Branch Company and the project team to adopt scientific management and meticulous construction practices, upholding high standards and strict requirements. While ensuring project quality, safety, and schedule, emphasis is also placed on green, civilized, and environmentally friendly construction methods, so as to guarantee timely completion of the construction objectives. Chairman Zhang Xiangyang, together with Gu Jianhua, Secretary of the Langshan Town Party Committee, and other leaders, laid the foundation stone and compacted the soil for the project.
