Beijing Branch Holds 2016 Annual Business Operations Meeting

On the afternoon of April 24, the Beijing Branch held its 2016 Annual Business Operations Conference. More than 70 people attended, including mid-level and senior management personnel of the branch as well as heads of various projects. At the conference, Liu Jian, Deputy General Manager of the branch, delivered the 2016 Annual Business Operations Report. The report provided a detailed review of the Beijing Branch’s key operational and financial indicators, safety production management, technical quality management, excellence-creation initiatives, and market image during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and outlined plans for the branch’s business development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, while also setting clear objectives for 2016.   On the afternoon of April 24, the Beijing Branch held its 2016 Annual Business Operations Conference. More than 70 attendees, including mid-level and senior management personnel of the branch as well as project managers, took part in the meeting.

  Liu Jian, Deputy General Manager of the branch company, delivered the 2016 Annual Business Performance Report at the meeting. The report provided a detailed review of the Beijing Branch’s key operational and financial indicators, safety production management, technical quality management, excellence-creation initiatives, and market image during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and outlined the business development plan for the Beijing Branch during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, while also setting forth the work objectives for 2016.

  Sun Hongyu, Deputy General Manager of the branch company, briefed the attendees on the post-holiday resumption-of-work inspections for each project and provided a detailed interpretation of the “Beijing Branch Company Regulations on Rewards and Penalties for Safe Production and Civilized Construction” issued by the branch. During the meeting, the heads of all projects signed the “Safety Production Responsibility Agreements.”

  Zhang Zhongda, Director and Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, General Manager of the Beijing Branch, and Secretary of the Party Branch, delivered a concluding address at the meeting. Drawing on the current national macroeconomic landscape and relevant government policies, he analyzed the branch’s current development status and encouraged all project managers to be adept at adjusting their business philosophies and approaches, rigorously control operational risks, actively tap into untapped potential, and further expand business operations. With regard to the signing of the “Safety Production Responsibility Agreements,” he urged all project managers to earnestly cultivate a strong sense of responsibility and ensure that safety responsibilities are fully implemented. Zhang Zhongda also expressed his expectations and made specific requirements concerning the ongoing “business tax-to-VAT reform” initiative and the newly elected trade union committee.
