On May 28, Zhang Xiangyang, Chairman of the Group Company, met with a delegation led by Mr. Arman Ramazanov, Chairman of the Astana State Enterprise Group of Kazakhstan, in the Headquarters Conference Hall. The meeting was attended by Chen Guoli, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company and General Manager of the Overseas Branch, and Zhang Xiyi, Deputy General Manager of the Overseas Branch. At the outset of the meeting, Chairman Zhang Xiangyang extended a warm welcome to Mr. Arman Ramazanov and his delegation on their business visit and exchange with our company. He then provided an overview of the company’s basic profile and its overseas market strategy, emphasizing that the company will, in the next phase, actively support the national Belt and Road Initiative.

Mr. Arman Ramazanov provided an overview of the Astana State-Owned Enterprises Group, noting that Astana is Kazakhstan’s new capital, experiencing rapid population growth and robust development across a wide range of sectors. With numerous infrastructure and real estate projects as well as vital public-service initiatives such as hospitals and schools currently underway, the Kazakh government is committed to restructuring the industrial landscape and putting the economy back on a fast track of growth. Investment cooperation can take diverse forms, and investors can benefit from favorable tax and land policies. Subsequently, the host and guest sides engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on investing in Kazakhstan and expanding into the Kazakh construction market. Both sides expressed their commitment to pooling resources, sharing expertise and capabilities, jointly exploring innovative investment and business development models, actively pursuing pragmatic cooperation, and striving for mutually beneficial outcomes.
