At 8:18 a.m. on December 28, 2016, the main structural work of Building No. 3 at Shuyang Yurun Plaza reached the topping-out milestone, marking the occasion with a celebratory ceremony. Firecrackers crackled and fireworks burst into brilliant displays, as the new year was just around the corner—providing a grand gift from the Shuyang Yurun Plaza project team to the people of Shuyang County. Building No. 3 of Shuyang Yurun Plaza is located at the intersection of Renmin Road and Shanghai Road in Shuyang County, with a gross floor area of 33,839.3 square meters, a total height of 150 meters, and a frame–shear wall structural system. The building comprises two basement levels and 42 above-ground floors. The project is invested in and constructed by Shuyang Yurun Central Plaza Co., Ltd., and designed by Shanghai Lianchuang Architectural Design Co., Ltd.

Firecrackers crackled and fireworks blossomed across the site, as the new year drew near—marking a grand gift from the Yurun Plaza project team to the people of Shuyang County.
The No. 3 Building of the Yurun Plaza in Shuyang is located at the intersection of Renmin Road and Shanghai Road in Shuyang County. The building has a gross floor area of 33,839.3 square meters, a total height of 150 meters, and a frame–shear wall structural system. It comprises two basement levels and 42 above-ground floors. The project is invested in and constructed by Shuyang Yurun Central Plaza Co., Ltd., designed by Shanghai Lianchuang Architectural Design Co., Ltd., supervised by Jiangsu Taihua Project Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and undertaken for construction by the First Branch of Nantong Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd.
This massive structure, standing in the most bustling district of Shuyang County, is currently the county’s tallest building. Upon completion, it will serve as a landmark architectural icon and a significant milestone in Shuyang’s economic development, leaving an indelible mark on the county’s construction history. Consequently, from the very outset of the project, Building No. 3 has garnered close attention from both the Shuyang County Government and the local residents, with key county leaders repeatedly visiting the site to inspect progress.
Under the care of competent authorities at all levels and the Group Company, and through the concerted efforts of all staff in the project department, Building No. 3 of the Shuyang Yurun Plaza has been successfully topped out on schedule. To date, the secondary structural works for floors 1 to 20 have also passed inspection and acceptance, and the project has further been certified as a Model Civilized Construction Site by the Suqian Municipal Government.
