Spring Festival Visits Reach the Grassroots, Warm Hearts with Sincere Care

On February 4, the first day back to work after the Spring Festival, Zhang Xiangyang, Chairman of the Group, visited both the Xinghu City Plaza Project Office of the Third Branch Company and the headquarters of the First Branch Company to extend his greetings and condolences. He expressed gratitude to frontline project staff and employees at grassroots units for remaining on duty during the Spring Festival, and extended his best wishes for the New Year. Upon arriving at the Xinghu City Plaza Project Office, Chairman Zhang first warmly shook hands with the project team, conveying his New Year greetings and blessings. He thanked those who had stayed at their posts throughout the holiday and commended and encouraged those who had returned to work ahead of schedule. Chairman Zhang urged the project team that, following the initial successes achieved in the early stages, the Xinghu City Plaza project has now entered the final phase of completion and handover.

He expressed his gratitude to those who remained on duty during the Spring Festival and commended and encouraged those who had returned to work ahead of schedule. General Manager Zhang urged the project team to build on the early successes of the Xinghu City Plaza project, which has now entered the final stages of completion and handover. He emphasized the need to ensure that every milestone is delivered on time, to the highest quality standards, so as to uphold the Group’s strong reputation in the development zone and further enhance the Group’s brand image. Once again, he conveyed his heartfelt thanks to all employees working tirelessly on the front lines of the project.
Zhong Yiming, General Manager of the Third Branch Company, on behalf of all employees of the project team, expressed heartfelt gratitude to General Manager Zhang for his visit and for his strong support of all aspects of the project. The company leadership’s words of care have warmed the hearts of every frontline employee, filling them with warmth and deep appreciation. Zhong Yiming then provided a brief update to General Manager Zhang on the current construction status of the project, emphasizing that the team will wholeheartedly carry forward the company’s expectations and trust by promptly organizing post-holiday work. While ensuring safety and quality, they will diligently complete the final stages of project completion and handover, delivering a satisfactory result to the Group.
Subsequently, Chairman Zhang Xiangyang visited the First Branch, where he met with employees from each department, warmly shaking hands with them one by one and extending his New Year greetings. All staff at the First Branch were pleasantly surprised and deeply touched by Chairman Zhang’s visit, and pledged to remain committed to their posts and strive even harder in the new year to make greater contributions to the company’s development.
