At the group gathering, Yu Fengbin, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company and General Manager of the Installation Branch, first extended a warm welcome on behalf of the Party General Branch of the Installation Branch, the General Manager’s Office, and the Trade Union to the leaders in attendance. He also expressed gratitude for the steadfast dedication of all employees over the past year and wished everyone a joyful Spring Festival and happiness with their families.
In his New Year address, General Manager Yu Fengbin pointed out that in 2017 the Installation Branch closely aligned its work with the new requirements for the company’s steady development, taking key objectives and tasks as the driving force to vigorously carry out all operations. As a result, it comprehensively achieved all economic and technical targets set by the Group, with annual operating output value reaching RMB 1.1 billion, construction output value totaling RMB 838 million, financial output value of RMB 826 million, and net profit of RMB 22.17 million—marking another record high for all major economic indicators. He stated that in the year ahead, all employees of the Installation Branch will continue to embody the pioneering spirit of “blazing trails through mountains and building bridges over rivers,” pressing forward with determination and hard work to make new and even greater contributions to the Group’s transformation, upgrading, and overall reform and development.
Finally, Zhang Xiangyang, Chairman of the Group, delivered an enthusiastic address, in which he highlighted that, under the unified planning and leadership of the Group, the Installation Branch achieved new breakthroughs in four key areas in 2017: first, the value of newly signed contracts exceeded RMB 1 billion; second, significant progress was made on major projects, including securing the Weimar Automobile project worth RMB 150 million, the Tongzhou Bay project worth RMB 300 million, and the expansion and renovation project for the terminal area of Xingdong Airport worth RMB 100 million; third, a milestone was reached in obtaining a national-level quality award, as the Suzhou Puwan Garden project was awarded the China Civil Engineering詹天佑Award; and fourth, substantial improvements were realized in economic performance, with total revenue and settled financial income surpassing RMB 800 million and net profit exceeding RMB 20 million.
He extended warm congratulations and heartfelt gratitude to all the cadres and employees of the Installation Company for their hard work and achievements in 2017, and put forward four expectations and requirements for the Installation Branch’s work in 2018: first, to comprehensively expand market development and strive to establish a stable market scale exceeding RMB 1 billion; second, to fully implement refined management and effectively enhance market competitiveness; third, to comprehensively strengthen team building and improve the overall quality of the workforce; and fourth, to comprehensively reinforce Party building, mass organization work, and corporate culture development.
