New Achievements by Women, Blossoming in the New Era — Group Trade Union Organizes a Spring Outing to Celebrate International Women’s Day

In the warm and blossoming month of March, as International Women’s Day on March 8 approaches, the Group Trade Union organized a spring outing themed “New Achievements by Women Usher in a New Era,” inviting female employees to step into spring, connect with nature, and let their spirits soar. Early on March 10, more than 60 female employees from the Nantong region, accompanied by nearly 100 family members, boarded two buses and set off for the Qionglong Mountain Scenic Area in Suzhou and the Ling Shan Scenic Area in Wuxi for a delightful spring excursion. Qionglong Mountain in Suzhou boasts towering, majestic peaks, dense forests of ancient pines and bamboo, and the gentle murmur of clear springs, creating an atmosphere of serene tranquility and breathtaking beauty; Ling Shan in Wuxi, by contrast, is vast in scale and imbued with an ethereal, otherworldly charm, where visitors can explore the charming Niuhua Town to soak in its Zen-inspired ambiance and pay homage to the colossal Ling Shan Buddha, allowing their hearts to embark on a spiritual journey.

The event brought female employees out into the spring, allowing them to connect with nature and truly unwind.
Early on March 10, more than 60 female employees from the Nantong region, along with nearly 100 family members, boarded two coaches and set off for the Qionglong Mountain Scenic Area in Suzhou and the Ling Shan Scenic Area in Wuxi for a spring outing. Qionglong Mountain in Suzhou is towering and majestic, with steep peaks, dense forests of ancient pines and bamboo, and babbling springs, creating an atmosphere of serene tranquility and breathtaking beauty; Ling Shan in Wuxi, by contrast, boasts grand scale and an ethereal, otherworldly ambiance, with the Nianghua Town offering a taste of Zen spirituality and the colossal Ling Shan Buddha inspiring a journey of the soul. Bathed in the enchanting spring light, the women followed in spring’s footsteps, breathing in the fresh air, basking in the gentle sunshine, and savoring the intoxicating scenery, which brought profound relaxation to both body and mind. They strolled at their own pace, pausing now and then to snap photos, filling the path with laughter and cheerful chatter as they enjoyed a delightful time together. In addition, the trade unions of various branch offices stationed outside the region organized a variety of activities: some purchased movie tickets, while others held symposiums, all in celebration of International Women’s Day.
This event has enriched the cultural lives of our female employees, providing them with opportunities to stay fit, relieve stress, strengthen friendships, and build team cohesion. Many female employees expressed their delight at participating in such activities and pledged to fully leverage their strengths in their future work, repaying the company’s care with concrete achievements.
