Chengdu Branch Continues to Hold the Title of “Advanced Enterprise for Out-of-Province Construction in Jiangsu Province”

Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban–Rural Development solemnly convened the Annual Work Conference for Construction Enterprises Operating in Southwest China at the Century Jinyuan Hotel in Chongqing. The meeting was chaired by Director Fan Xinfang of the Department’s Construction Market Supervision Division, and Director Chen Rentong, Head of the Southwest Office, delivered the work report. The meeting was chaired by Fan Xinfang, Director of the Department’s Construction Market Supervision Division, and featured a work report delivered by Chen Rentong, Director of the Southwest Office. During the conference, a number of outstanding enterprises and individuals were commended; Nantong Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd.’s Chengdu Branch once again received the title of “Out-of-Province Construction Advanced Enterprise of Jiangsu Province,” while Liu Huibin of the Chengdu Branch was reappointed as “Out-of-Province Construction Advanced Individual of Jiangsu Province.”
Yuan Ding, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Department and head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team stationed at the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban–Rural Development under the Jiangsu Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. In his address, he summarized the achievements made in 2017 by Jiangsu’s construction enterprises operating in the Southwest region, analyzed the current development landscape of infrastructure construction in the Southwest, identified the problems and shortcomings facing Jiangsu’s construction industry in expanding into the Southwest market, and outlined specific plans for this year’s key tasks. He urged Jiangsu-based construction firms active in the Southwest to further consolidate their market share and enhance the reputation of the “Jiangsu Construction” brand. Noting that the state will soon issue new guiding opinions on the Great Western Development initiative, he expressed the hope that enterprises will closely monitor regional development trends, proactively explore innovative approaches, and contribute more replicable models and experiences to the reform and development of the province’s construction industry, thereby further strengthening their market competitiveness.
