Construction workers are racing against time.

During the critical rush-period, the region was experiencing a hot, rainy season, with frequent inspections—both overt and covert—focused on dust-control and environmental protection. At the same time, supplies of construction materials and labor were tightening, posing significant challenges to project execution. To ensure timely completion, all departments and staff worked closely together, pooling their expertise and resources to develop a series of practical measures for accelerating the schedule. During periods of extreme heat, cooling measures such as exhaust fans and industrial ice packs were deployed, enabling round-the-clock construction; priority was given to concentrating human and material resources on key, high-priority work packages. While steadfastly safeguarding the schedule, the project team maintained rigorous quality control and ensured safe, civilized construction practices, thereby enhancing the company’s brand image. The project was successfully completed, showcasing the distinctive spirit of the Nantong Iron Army: its unwavering determination and proven ability to tackle and win tough challenges.
