Zhumadian City Hosts a Demonstration Conference on Quality and Safety Standardization and Dust Pollution Control for Our Company’s Project

Recently, the Zhumadian Municipal On-Site Observation Conference on Standardization of Construction Project Quality and Safety as well as Dust Pollution Control was held at the project office of our company’s Xincai Jianye Baicheng Tiandi Phase I Project. Attending the conference were Director Xu from the Xincai County Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau, Director Cao from the Quality Supervision Station, and other relevant leading officials. In total, more than 300 project managers from all construction entities, contracting firms, and supervision agencies in Zhumadian City attended the observation and exchange event. During the observation session, Mr. Liu Jian, Deputy General Manager of the Beijing Branch, delivered a speech as the representative of the construction contractor. He introduced our company and the project overview to the attendees and provided a detailed explanation of the project management system and related policies, as well as the measures for quality assurance, safety, and civilized construction.

At the observation meeting, Liu Jian, Deputy General Manager of the Beijing Branch, delivered the opening address as the representative of the construction contractor. He provided an overview of the company and the project, offering a detailed explanation of the project management system and related policies, as well as the measures for quality assurance, safety, and civilized construction. He emphasized that, guided by Jianye Group’s core corporate value of “taking root in the Central Plains and benefiting the people,” the company will continue to uphold Nantong Construction Engineering’s corporate spirit of “hard work and pioneering,” conduct scientific organization and meticulous construction in accordance with standardized requirements, and deliver high-quality projects to the client. Director Xu and Station Chief Cao stressed that all project managers must attach great importance to quality and safety at construction sites, as well as dust-control management; rigorously implement the quality accountability of project managers from the five responsible parties; intensify efforts to promote standardization in engineering quality management; take model projects as pioneers and use demonstration projects to lead the way; and thereby comprehensively enhance the overall quality of construction works throughout the county.

Subsequently, the observers toured the site under the guidance of the tour guide. The construction site was neatly and orderly arranged, with comprehensive standardized facilities in place, ensuring safe production and adherence to green and civilized construction practices. The quality demonstration area showcased standardized, high-standard, and high-quality model practices, serving as a benchmark to ensure quality and drive continuous improvement. The observers listened attentively, observed carefully, and engaged in lively exchanges with one another, highly commending our company’s project team for its outstanding safety and civilization management, quality control, technological innovation, and standardized operations.
This observation and exchange event has strengthened communication and collaboration among construction entities across the city, creating favorable conditions for learning from one another’s strengths and addressing weaknesses to jointly promote enterprise development. Project managers from all participating sites stated that they would take this opportunity to adopt best practices, sound management systems, and effective operational procedures, with a view to continuously enhancing safety management at construction sites. Amid a warm and friendly atmosphere, the observation and exchange event concluded successfully.
