The Group Company’s Trade Union Awarded “Model Workers’ Home of the Jiangsu Provincial Housing and Urban–Rural Development System”

Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Trade Union Working Committee issued the “Regarding” 2019 “Notice on the Commendation of Outstanding Collectives and Individuals in Trade Union Work across the Provincial Housing and Urban–Rural Development System for the Year,” with the Group Company’s Trade Union being awarded “ 2019 “Model Workers’ Home” title of the Jiangsu Provincial Housing and Urban–Rural Development System for the year.
2019 Since the beginning of this year, the Group’s trade union has taken Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guiding principle, thoroughly studied, publicized, and implemented the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and closely aligned its work with the central tasks and the overall national agenda. Through a variety of initiatives—including the city-wide Spring Outing for Female Employees on International Women’s Day, the essay contest “Striving in the New Era: I Am a Dream-Chaser on the Front Lines of Construction,” visits to honor model workers, the “Snap It—Spot Safety Hazards” campaign, and the city federation of trade unions’ hiking event—the union has enriched the cultural lives of employees, actively guided and promoted the enhancement of their professional competence, and, while continuously strengthening its own organizational development, fully leveraged the trade union’s organizational functions and the leading role of the working class. In doing so, it has steadily bolstered the union’s cohesion and appeal, made every effort to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and provided robust support for the Group’s high-quality development.
The trade union of the Group Company will take this award as a new starting point, work diligently and strive for progress, continuously elevate trade union work to a new level, and make new and greater contributions to the high-quality development of Nantong Construction Engineering.
