(2) Basic Qualification Requirements
1 • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a full-time program, with a solid foundation in professional knowledge;
2 · Diligent and ambitious, honest and trustworthy, and compliant with laws and regulations;
3 • Strong communication skills, willingness to take responsibility, and a strong team-player mentality;
4 • In good health, hardworking and resilient, and able to adapt to the working conditions of the construction industry.
II. Compensation, Benefits, and Career Development
(1) Compensation and Benefits
1 Compensation: position-based salary + performance-based bonus + special bonuses. Newly graduated employees will be subject to a guaranteed minimum salary during the probationary period.
2 Social security and benefits: Employees are entitled to the five social insurances and one housing fund in accordance with national regulations, as well as birthday allowances, holiday bonuses, wedding gifts, maternity allowances, communication subsidies, high-temperature allowances, winter-heat protection allowances, allowances for newspapers, magazines, and books, personal protective equipment allowances, and annual health check-ups.
3 Vacation Policy: Paid annual leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, and paternity leave for male employees shall be granted in accordance with relevant national regulations.
4 Reward for Obtaining Professional Certifications: Employees who obtain qualifications such as Construction Engineer, Cost Engineer, Registered Structural Engineer, Registered Safety Engineer, Legal Professional Qualification, Certified Public Accountant, or Tax Advisor will receive a monthly registration allowance from the company.
5 Enjoy a talent subsidy in Nantong urban area for three years: RMB 500 per month for associate degree holders, RMB 1,000 per month for bachelor’s degree holders, and RMB 2,000 per month for master’s degree holders.

III. Recruitment Process
