Wang Jinfeng and Ji Jinbao Honored as “Outstanding Chongchuan Craftsmen” in the Second Session

On the afternoon of April 27, the Chongchuan District Federation of Trade Unions held the 2020 International Labor Day (May Day) Conference, at which outstanding organizations and individuals were commended. Wang Jinfeng, Project Manager of the Wuxi Branch of the Group Company, and Ji Jinbao of the Third Branch were awarded the title of “Outstanding Chongchuan Craftsman” in the second session.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2006, Wang Jinfeng joined Nantong Construction Engineering Group, where he has since dedicated 14 years to technical management at the grassroots level. Over this period, he has immersed himself in the study of engineering technology and project management, successfully completing every technical management assignment, delivering numerous high-quality projects, and producing several significant research achievements in the construction industry. As a young Communist Party member, he has consistently remained true to his original aspiration and kept his mission firmly in mind, continuously upholding his advanced character and serving as a pioneering role model. He regularly organizes training sessions for the company’s technical management personnel on new technologies and innovative management practices in the construction sector, thereby contributing to the ongoing improvement of the enterprise’s technical management and setting a commendable example for younger colleagues.
After graduating from Nantong Municipal Construction Vocational High School, Ji Jinbao has worked as a plasterer at the Nantong Construction Engineering Group. He has participated in city- and province-level youth skills competitions on numerous occasions, winning first place in the Nantong City Plastering Competition twice and fourth place in the Jiangsu Province competition. He also earned a second-place award in the National Plastering Skills Competition. In addition, he has been repeatedly recognized with honors such as Nantong City Youth Technical Model Worker, Jiangsu Province Construction Industry Youth Technical Model Worker, Jiangsu Province Young Skilled Professional, National Housing and Urban–Rural Development Industry Technical Expert, and “Mass Economic and Technological Innovation Expert” awarded by the Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Trade Unions.
Being recognized as an “Outstanding Chongchuan Craftsman” this time is not only a testament to their outstanding work performance, but also a valuable opportunity for the Group to vigorously promote the craftsman spirit of striving for excellence. The entire company should cultivate a mainstream value system that honors quality, skill, and excellence, ensuring that the pursuit of labor as the most glorious, noble, great, and beautiful endeavor becomes deeply ingrained in our culture.
