The Fourth Session of the First Term of the Suzhou Construction and Installation Industry Association and its Board of Directors Held with Great Solemnity

On June 16, the Fourth Session of the First Council of the Suzhou Construction and Installation Industry Association was solemnly held at the Overseas Chinese Hotel.
During the meeting, the Decision on Commending Outstanding Advanced Collectives and Individuals for 2019 was read out, and the winning units and individuals were solemnly honored. Among them, the Installation Branch was awarded the title of “Top 20 Installation Enterprises” in Suzhou’s construction and installation industry for 2019; Yu Fengbin, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company and General Manager of the Installation Branch, and Jiang Laijun, Deputy General Manager of the Installation Branch, were jointly awarded the title of “Brand Entrepreneur” in Suzhou’s construction and installation industry for 2019; and Shi Qiping, Wu Chao, Gu Jianfei, and Wang Weijin were awarded the title of “Star-Level Construction Engineer” in Suzhou’s construction and installation industry for 2019.
Meanwhile, the “HVAC Works for Building T2, Podium, and Basement of Zone B at Suzhou Fenglong City Center,” independently undertaken by the Installation Branch, was awarded the 2019 Jiangsu Provincial High-Quality Engineering Award—the Yangzi Cup. The project has a total floor area of 247,400 square meters, features a frame–shear wall structural system, comprises 28 above-ground floors and 3 underground floors, broke ground on December 28, 2016, and was completed on October 20, 2017. Under the scientific guidance of General Manager Yu Fengbin and Deputy General Manager Jiang Laijun, the project management team rigorously adhered to the company’s project management standards, pursued continuous improvement in all aspects of project management, and strived to achieve the highest possible quality. These awards represent full recognition of the Installation Branch’s project management capabilities and project quality. Taking this as an opportunity, the Installation Branch will remain committed to hard work, strengthen its internal competencies, further enhance project quality management, and make even greater contributions to the Group’s high-quality development.
