6 On the afternoon of the 6th, a delegation led by Yan Jianguo, Chairman of China Overseas Group; Zhou Tao, Deputy General Manager of the Comprehensive Management Department of China Overseas Development; and Jiang Xiaozhou, General Manager of the Shenzhen Branch, visited the Wanjin Xian’an Huating project in Pingshan, Shenzhen, developed by China Overseas Property and undertaken by our company, to conduct on-site research and provide guidance. Chen Congyi, Project Director, and Wu Shun, Project Execution Manager, accompanied the delegation.

Chairman Yan and his delegation visited the Wanjin Xian’an Huating project, conducting an in-depth inspection of the construction site and individual floors to assess on-site safety and civilized construction practices as well as overall project quality. They commended the project’s outstanding performance in safety and quality management, particularly its top ranking in the China Overseas Group’s comprehensive on-site measurement and evaluation. Chairman Yan emphasized that project development must place paramount importance on site safety management, advancing overall project progress while rigorously upholding safety standards. At the same time, he urged strengthened on-site quality control, with a focus on preventing and mitigating common quality defects, aiming to deliver high-quality results through meticulous and thorough construction management.

The Wanjin Xian’an Huating project has a total gross floor area of 126,600 square meters, with a building configuration comprising three basement levels and one above-ground level. Building 48 The project comprises a podium building, three 33-story high-rise towers, and three standalone commercial buildings along with an accompanying kindergarten. It employs state-of-the-art construction techniques that integrate prefabricated precast concrete components, aluminum formwork systems, all-steel galvanized climbing scaffolding systems, disc-lock scaffolding, ALC wall panels for interior walls, thin-layer plastering on high-precision masonry block walls, as well as exposed structural walls and ALC wall panels that require no additional plastering—enabling rapid, sequential execution of each construction process and trade. During the project’s development, the project management team proactively planned, significantly increased investment, and rigorously implemented standardized, safe, and civilized construction practices, innovative quality improvement initiatives, and smart-construction-site solutions. As a result, the project achieved outstanding performance in safety, civility, and quality management: it ranked third across China Overseas Property Group in the fourth quarter of 2019, first in the first quarter of 2020, and again first in the second quarter of 2020, according to comprehensive on-site assessments conducted by the group.
