11 month 18 On [date], Li Weidong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group Company, Yin Yougen, Deputy General Manager, Wang Jianming, Manager of the Safety Production Department, and other members of the delegation visited the Chengdu Branch to conduct an inspection and provide guidance on its work.

Secretary Li and his delegation first visited the office of the Chengdu Branch, where they heard a briefing from Wu Jian, General Manager of the Chengdu Branch, on the current status of project implementation and recent business operations. Following the briefing, the leaders conducted a detailed inquiry into the working and living conditions of the branch’s employees and engaged in an in-depth discussion and exchange regarding the branch’s future market development and business prospects in both the Chengdu and Chongqing regions.

Finally, Secretary Li commended the Chengdu Branch for its recent work while also putting forward several requirements: 1) Expand your network and cultivate broad interpersonal connections; 2) Provide excellent management and services for all existing projects, fostering a sense of belonging among project teams and encouraging them to leverage the Nantong Construction Engineering platform to tap into even broader markets; 3) Strive to secure projects developed by well-known real estate enterprises; and 4) Keep the Greater Southwest market firmly in mind, proactively scaling up and strengthening the Chengdu Branch’s operations, while also providing robust support to other sister branches seeking to enter the Southwest market and win projects there.

Over the following few days, Secretary Li and his delegation conducted thorough inspections and provided guidance at the Chengdu branch and other sister branches’ ongoing projects in Sichuan and Chongqing.
