11 On the afternoon of the 27th, Cao Jinhai, Director of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Chongchuan District, led a delegation to our company for a research visit and guidance. Zhang Xiangyang, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager of the Group, along with senior executives including Huang Jing, Zhong Yiming, Qiu Lin, and Ge Xuxin, attended the visit.
At the research meeting, Chairman Zhang Xiangyang first extended a warm welcome on behalf of the Group to Director Cao Jinhai and his delegation for their visit to the company to conduct research and provide guidance. He then provided a brief overview of Nantong Construction Engineering Group’s basic situation, covering its historical evolution, current development status, and distinctive features. In light of the current challenging economic environment and the need to achieve high-quality development, Chairman Zhang Xiangyang focused on presenting the company’s strategic plans for the new era: first, implementing a market-expansion strategy that pursues parallel development both domestically and internationally; second, strengthening institutional development and reinforcing fundamental management; third, executing a talent-driven enterprise strategy to build a high-caliber workforce; fourth, adhering to an innovation-driven strategy to provide robust support for high-quality development; and fifth, leveraging high-quality Party building to lead the enterprise’s drive for high-quality development.
After carefully listening to Chairman Zhang Xiangyang’s briefing on the company’s research and development, Director Cao Jinhai expressed full recognition and high appreciation for the remarkable achievements the company has made over the past 20 years under Chairman Zhang Xiangyang’s leadership in reform and development. At the same time, Director Cao Jinhai stated that the District Party Committee, the District Government, and the District People’s Congress will, as always, assist the company in coordinating and resolving challenges encountered during its development, and strive to create a favorable business environment for the enterprise’s reform and development.
