Third Branch Company Holds Basketball Friendly Match with Nantong Municipal Construction Safety Supervision Station

On the afternoon of January 9, Nantong was shrouded in bitter cold and icy winds, yet inside the Vog Sports Fitness Center, a basketball game was in full swing—a friendly match jointly organized by the Third Division and the Nantong Municipal Construction Safety Production Supervision Station.
Wang Zhixiang, Deputy Director of the Nantong Municipal Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau, and Yuan Tao, Deputy Chief of the Nantong Construction Safety Production Supervision Station, personally took part in the basketball friendly match as support team members. Zhang Jianrong, Chairman of the Nantong Municipal Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau Trade Union, Xu Wu, Secretary of the Nantong Construction Safety Production Supervision Station, Director Xu Quan, and Wang Shaobo, Vice Chairman of the Group Company Trade Union, were also on hand to cheer for the players and boost their morale.
From the very start of the match, players from both teams were eager and full of fighting spirit, diligently warming up in preparation for the action. At the sound of the referee’s whistle, the game was about to begin, and the players quickly shifted into competitive mode. Serving, dribbling, passing, intercepting, and battling for possession—every aspect of the game unfolded in a fierce contest, creating an atmosphere of intense excitement. It was a clash of strength against strength and skill against skill, with the players showcasing the energy and vitality of young professionals in the most straightforward and authentic way. The result was a visual feast that balanced technical prowess with passionate flair, unity with relentless determination, drawing wave after wave of cheers and applause from the crowd.
The successful holding of this basketball friendly match not only enriched the employees’ leisure and cultural life but also strengthened the friendly exchanges between our staff and those of the supervising authority. Amidst our busy work schedules, it enlivened the workplace atmosphere, helped us unwind, and, using basketball as a medium, fostered camaraderie among employees from both organizations—leaving behind a cherished memory.
