10 On the morning of the 23rd, the directly affiliated primary-level trade unions of Nantong City held the third “Forever Follow the Party—With You, It’s Even More Wonderful” Cultural and Sports Fun Games for Employees at the Changshi Xiaoyang Gymnasium. The group company’s trade union responded enthusiastically by organizing employees to sign up and participate in large numbers. The fun games consisted of four events: “March in Step,” “Advance Together,” “Cross the River by Feeling for Stones,” and “One After Another.” A total of 26 teams representing the primary-level trade unions, comprising 230 Numerous employees took part in the competition. During the event, the group company’s contestants engaged in lively discussions on strategies, supported one another, worked in close collaboration, and strived to excel, thereby demonstrating the fine spirit of “friendship first, competition second.” The venue was filled with laughter and cheerful chatter, allowing participants to fully enjoy the refreshing pleasure that comes from stepping away from work. In the end, the group was awarded the Organizational Prize at the Third Nantong Municipal Directly Affiliated Grassroots Trade Union Workers’ Cultural and Sports Festival, themed “Forever Follow the Party—With You, It’s Even More Wonderful.”
This event has further deepened communication among employees, strengthened friendships, boosted morale, and fostered a spirit of teamwork and mutual support, as well as a stronger sense of organizational unity—providing a vigorous source of motivation for even better performance in the future.
