The Group Company’s 2021 Self-Assessment for Intermediate Professional Titles in Construction Engineering Was Successfully Completed.

From October 12 to 15, 2021, the Group organized and conducted the 2021 self-assessment for intermediate professional and technical qualifications in construction engineering.

The Group Company attaches great importance to this matter: Chairman Zhang Xiangyang personally oversaw the organization of the professional title evaluation process and delivered important instructions and specific requirements from three perspectives—namely, the significance of the evaluation, how to ensure its successful implementation, and the need to strengthen the development of a pool of specialized talent. Zhu Weidong, Deputy Director of the Nantong Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and Guan Long from the Bureau’s Division of Professional and Technical Personnel attended the Group Company to provide guidance on the professional title evaluation work.

This title evaluation committee is composed of six experts selected from the Group’s internal expert pool and one external expert, with Liu Xu, the Group’s Chief Engineer, serving as the chairperson.

The review and defense were conducted through a combination of on-site and remote video sessions, with separate panels for specialties such as construction management, water supply and drainage, project cost estimation, and interior decoration. The defense venue was well-organized, and the review process proceeded smoothly.

Finally, after careful review by the panel of expert judges, appropriate questioning, and collective voting, a total of 56 candidates were approved.

2017 With the approval of the Nantong Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Group has become one of the first pilot enterprises in Nantong to be granted the authority to independently conduct the mid-level professional and technical qualification assessment for construction projects. Over the past five years, a total of 350 employees have been certified for mid-level professional titles. Employees’ applications for professional titles not only serve as a stage-specific review of their own professional learning and work capabilities, It is also a process that integrates professional theory with practical work, further enhancing individuals’ technical and theoretical expertise, broadening their career development prospects, and strengthening the enterprise’s core competitiveness, thereby providing a talent guarantee for the company’s production, operations, and high-quality development.
