Provincial Special Rectification Supervision and Guidance Team Visits the Company for Inspection and Guidance

On the afternoon of December 20, Yuan Xiaojun, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Natural Resources, and Shi Zhaoliang, Deputy Inspector, led a supervisory team for the special rectification campaign on work safety in Jiangsu Province to visit the Group Company to conduct inspection and provide guidance on work safety. They were accompanied by Gao Shan, Vice Mayor of Nantong City, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Nantong Municipal Public Security Bureau; Zhou Weimin, Deputy Director of the Nantong Municipal Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau; Zhang Xubiao, Second-Level Researcher at the Nantong Municipal Work Safety Supervision Bureau, and other officials. Zhang Xiangyang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, Zhang Zhongda, General Manager, Yin Yougen, Deputy General Manager, and other leaders attended the inspection and guidance meeting.
Chairman Zhang Xiangyang first extended, on behalf of all employees of the Group, a warm welcome to Team Leader Yuan Xiaojun and his delegation for their visit to Nantong Construction Engineering Group to conduct oversight and guidance on work safety, and expressed sincere gratitude to the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government for their longstanding attention to the Company’s reform and development. Chairman Zhang then provided a comprehensive overview of the Company’s historical evolution and its 20 years of reform and development, emphasizing that the Company’s growth, expansion, and steady progress would have been impossible without the care and strong support of leaders at all levels.
After listening to Chairman Zhang Xiangyang’s report, Team Leader Yuan Xiaojun expressed full recognition of the company’s historical achievements and its scale of development, and highly commended the remarkable accomplishments the company has attained over the past nearly 20 years under Chairman Zhang Xiangyang’s leadership.
Deputy General Manager Yin Yougen presented a comprehensive report on the Group’s work in workplace safety management, covering three key areas: the company’s safety production management model, specific management measures, and directions for improvement. In addition, he provided a detailed, visually rich overview of the company’s efforts in building a robust safety production system, refining internal regulations, ensuring accountability, conducting training and education, managing risks, identifying and addressing potential hazards, implementing standardized construction practices, enhancing emergency response capabilities, and leveraging technology to bolster safety.
In his concluding remarks, Yin Yougen stated that our company will take the supervisory team’s inspection of work safety as an opportunity to further elevate our political awareness, adopt a problem-oriented approach, and, with unwavering resolve, fully implement all work arrangements on work safety issued by the Central Government, the provincial authorities, and the municipal government. We will devote all our efforts to strengthening work safety, promptly identify and address gaps and deficiencies, draw broader lessons from specific cases, and comprehensively advance our work safety initiatives to a new level.
Team Leader Yuan Xiaojun fully commended the Group’s highly effective efforts in workplace safety. He expressed the hope that, in its future reform and development, the company will comprehensively implement the new development philosophy, proactively identify and mitigate all types of risks, continuously enhance its overall strength, and strive to become a benchmark and model within the industry.
