General Manager Zhang Zhongda analyzed the Group’s current credit management work, interpreted the “2022 Corporate Credit Management Responsibility Assurance,” and outlined the key priorities for the next phase: first, rigorously organize study of local market credit-score assessment methods and the laws and regulations governing penalties for various types of untrustworthy conduct, thereby fully recognizing the importance and urgency of corporate credit management; second, establish and improve the organizational framework for corporate credit management; third, formulate and implement a special action plan to enhance market credit scores; and fourth, strengthen and refine the compliance management system for engineering projects, put in place sound credit-management systems and work plans, and standardize the handling of project-related untrustworthy behavior.
In his concluding remarks, Chairman Zhang Xiangyang pointed out that, thanks to the care and support of leaders at all levels and the concerted efforts of the broad ranks of cadres and employees, the Group achieved overall stability and improvement in workplace safety in 2021, made new strides in high-quality enterprise development, and secured a strong start to the implementation of the 14th Five-Year Plan. He put forward three key recommendations for the Group’s workplace safety and corporate credit management work in 2022: first, elevate political awareness and earnestly assume responsibility for workplace safety and corporate credit management; second, focus on priority areas to ensure that all related tasks are effectively implemented; and third, strengthen the cultivation of talent in workplace safety management and continuously enhance the capacity for effective workplace safety governance.
During the meeting, Chief Engineer Liu Xu urged all units to thoroughly convey and implement the spirit of the meeting, effectively decompose and assign management responsibilities, vigorously carry out education and training, and rigorously conduct resumption-of-work inspections, so as to ensure the steady and orderly advancement of work safety management and credit management in the new year and lay a solid foundation for the Group’s safe and healthy development in 2022.
