The Main Structural Topping-Out of the Dormitory Building at Shijiazhuang Excellence Middle School Completed Successfully

On May 18, the main structural topping-out ceremony was held for the dormitory building project of the new campus of Zhuoyue Middle School, which is being constructed by the Shijiazhuang Branch. Located on Yongbi West Street in Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City, the project comprises six above-ground floors with a total floor area of 29,600 square meters. It is a fully enclosed boarding school integrating junior and senior high school education and is designated as a key project by the Luquan District Government.
Since construction commenced on March 4, the project team, with the close attention and strong support of both the company’s leadership and the client’s management, has strived to deliver a high-quality, exemplary project while rigorously adhering to the scheduled milestones. Through close collaboration with all participating contractors, the team has successfully mitigated the adverse impacts of environmental protection requirements, the COVID-19 pandemic, and other challenging factors. Upholding the guiding principles of “safety first, quality paramount, and timely delivery,” the team completed the structural topping-out of the student dormitory building eight days ahead of the client’s target schedule.
The successful topping-out of the student dormitory project marks a significant milestone in the construction process and sets a strong foundation for the next phase. Moving forward, the project team will approach all tasks with renewed enthusiasm and unwavering dedication to ensure the project is completed smoothly and on schedule.
