The plan envisages the establishment of nine specialized tracks—Economic Management, Business Management, Technical Quality Management, Safety Production Management, International Engineering Management, Financial Management, Human Resources and Administrative Management, Legal Affairs Management, and Information Technology Management—organized according to professional management categories. Through rigorous selection, the program aims to cultivate a cohort of high-caliber young professionals who demonstrate exceptional competence, outstanding capabilities, and a robust work ethic. The two-year training period will be conducted under a mentorship system, with mentors drawn from members of the Group’s leadership at both levels, heads of headquarters and subsidiary departments, project managers, and key technical and professional management personnel. Comprehensive, end-to-end guidance will be provided through theoretical instruction and practical mentoring, employing a variety of methods such as specialized coursework, on-the-job training and coaching, and team-building and development programs. By strengthening ideological refinement, professional training, and hands-on experience, the program seeks to foster and hone a new generation of versatile, high-caliber young leaders in a multidimensional and integrated manner, thereby providing a solid talent foundation for the enterprise’s high-quality development.
