The Group Company Holds Its 18th Shareholders’ Meeting

On June 25, the Group’s 18th Shareholders’ Meeting was held in the Headquarters Conference Hall, with a total of 32 registered shareholders in attendance. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Xiangyang, Chairman of the Group.
Chairman Zhang Xiangyang delivered the 2021 Board of Directors Work Report to the General Meeting; Chairman of the Supervisory Board Shao Jinman delivered the 2021 Supervisory Board Work Report; and Chief Financial Officer Xu Chunyang presented the 2021 Financial Settlement and the 2022 Financial Budget Report.
By a show of hands, the General Meeting approved and adopted the following resolutions: the 2021 Report on the Work of the Board of Directors; the 2021 Report on the Work of the Supervisory Board; the 2021 Financial Final Accounts and the 2021 Financial Budget Report; the Proposed Plan for Profit Distribution in 2021; the Proposal on the Equity Transfer Price for 2022; the 2022 Business Plan; the Proposal to Amend the Measures for the Administration of Entrusted Capital Contributions of Nantong Construction Group Co., Ltd.; the Proposal to Convert Entrusted Capital Contributors into Registered Shareholders; the Proposal to Amend the Company Charter; the Measures for the Administration of Equity Transfers of Nantong Construction Group Co., Ltd.; the Procedures for the Election of Members of the Seventh Board of Directors and Shareholder Supervisors; and the Resolutions of the Eighteenth General Meeting of Shareholders.
The General Meeting elected, by secret ballot, Zhang Xiangyang, Chen Jianqing, Zhang Zhongda, Xing Guangzhong, Chen Guoli, Zhong Yiming, Yu Fengbin, Yin Yougen, Wang Jun, Li Guang, and Qiu Lin as directors of the Group’s Seventh Board of Directors, and Shao Jinman, Wang Shaobo, Ma Yinhua, and Wang Baozi as shareholder supervisors of the Group’s Seventh Supervisory Board. At the subsequent inaugural meetings of the Seventh Board of Directors and the Seventh Supervisory Board, Zhang Xiangyang was elected Chairman of the Seventh Board of Directors, and Shao Jinman was elected Chairman of the Seventh Supervisory Board.
