Pairing and Joint Construction Promote Development; Heartfelt Gratitude Marked with a Banner

On the afternoon of July 29, Hongqiao Subdistrict and the First Branch Company held a symposium on paired collaboration and mutual development, during which the subdistrict presented the company with a banner inscribed with “Dedicated to People’s Livelihood Initiatives, Demonstrating Corporate Responsibility,” in high praise and heartfelt gratitude for the company’s contributions to the renovation of old residential communities and the revitalization of the subdistrict’s office premises. Qiu Lin, Deputy General Manager of the Group and General Manager of the First Branch, along with Wang Shaobo, Chairman of the Trade Union, attended the symposium and accepted the banner.
At the meeting, Gong Peixiang, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Hongqiao Subdistrict, provided an overview of the subdistrict’s basic situation, with particular emphasis on the key components and notable achievements of the renovation projects for older residential communities and the subdistrict’s office premises. Gong Peixiang stated: “This small banner is our way of expressing gratitude to the Construction Engineering Group for its longstanding contributions to the development of Hongqiao Subdistrict. The subdistrict’s progress would be impossible without the support and assistance of our partner organizations. We look forward to continued collaboration and joint efforts between Hongqiao Subdistrict and the Construction Engineering Group, so as to usher in a new phase in our joint development initiatives.”
Mr. Qiu stated that the renovation of old residential communities and street office premises is not only a project for improving people’s livelihoods but also one that wins the hearts of the people. Throughout the renovation process, the project team has consistently upheld its corporate responsibility, demonstrating genuine care for residents and providing dedicated services to the street administration. As the largest construction enterprise in Chongchuan District, the Construction Engineering Group will, as always, continue to support the development of the street, further strengthen its collaborative partnership with the street, pursue common progress, and make active contributions to the street’s development and to addressing practical issues concerning people’s livelihoods.
During the meeting, General Manager Qiu, Chairman Wang, and relevant officials from the subdistrict engaged in in-depth discussions on further enhancing connectivity and mutual learning and exchange, leveraging joint development to foster greater understanding, collaboration, and progress, thereby continuously advancing the high-quality development of paired cooperation between the subdistrict and enterprises.
