— The Party Committee of the Group Company Organizes Activities to Promote Party Building Through Mass Organization Building and Joint Party-Mass Development
On December 8, in order to further enrich the spiritual and cultural lives of young Party-member employees and better inspire and guide them to embody the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China through a more vigorous and proactive attitude and a pragmatic, truth-seeking work style, the Party Committee of the Group Corporation, in collaboration with the Trade Union, organized a Party-building–led mass-building and joint Party–mass construction activity titled “Putting the 20th National Congress into Practice: Forever Following the Party” at City Green Valley. A total of 50 young Party-member employees from units under the Nantong Division took part in the event.
The event was centered on the theme of “Party building leading mass organization building and joint Party-mass development,” with a strong focus on patriotism and loyalty to the Party. It seamlessly blended education with fun, offering rich and engaging content that was deeply appreciated by young Party members and employees. Participants were randomly divided into four teams. During the “Ice-Breaking” segment, teams quickly got to know one another by naming their groups, devising slogans, and arranging themselves in creative formations, fostering a vibrant team spirit. In the “Patriotic Nail-and-Thread Painting” activity, each participant symbolized a nail in the Party’s structure, interconnected and bound together; they wove their love for the Party and country into intricate designs, using nails and red threads to create vivid artworks celebrating Party and national devotion. The Huaihai Unicycle Challenge invited participants to build their own unicycles as a tribute to the momentous Huaihai Campaign, with the unicycles serving as a powerful metaphor for unity and solidarity as they worked side by side to recall the era of self-reliance and arduous struggle. Finally, in the Treasure-Hunt Exploration phase, team members pooled their wisdom and collaborated closely, tackling team challenges, solving puzzles, and engaging in physical activities designed to strengthen cohesion and enhance execution, thereby cultivating a positive team atmosphere and bringing the Party–mass co-construction initiative to a thrilling climax.
Through this event, young Party-member employees were able to relax, relieve stress, and strengthen their Party spirit, further inspiring in them the conviction to bravely take on challenges and assume responsibility. The event also showcased the fine image of young Party-member employees at Nantong Construction Engineering. At the same time, it called on all employees to actively participate in Party organization activities, using a diverse range of initiatives to foster harmonious and amicable relationships between the Party and the masses, fully leveraging the role of grassroots Party organizations as strong bastions among the people. By using Party building to drive development and using development to strengthen Party building, we will strive to create a vibrant new situation in which Party building leads mass building and Party–mass cooperation promotes common development, thereby advancing the high-quality development of the Group!
