The Group Company Once Again Ranked First in the Comprehensive Credit Evaluation of General Construction Contractors for Housing Projects in Nantong City

Recently, the Nantong Municipal Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau announced the top 100 rankings in the 2022 comprehensive credit evaluation for general contractors in residential construction and municipal engineering in Nantong, with the corresponding scores simultaneously uploaded to the tendering and bidding system. Nantong Construction Engineering Group secured first place in the comprehensive credit evaluation for residential construction general contractors and 17th place among the top 100 in the comprehensive credit evaluation for municipal engineering general contractors. The annual comprehensive credit evaluation for enterprises in Nantong is conducted once a year for all local and non-local general contractors engaged in residential and municipal construction projects within the city, including several central state-owned enterprises. The evaluation comprises four components: a base credit score of 63 points for enterprise credit, a comprehensive assessment score of 30 points, a project performance assessment score of 7 points, and a daily performance deduction score, for a total possible score of 100 points. The top 100 are ranked according to their scores and the results are published online and concurrently entered into the tendering and bidding system, as well as incorporated into the municipal public credit information system. In this round, the Group’s residential construction general contractor achieved a comprehensive credit score of 98.47, placing first, while its municipal engineering general contractor scored 79.52, ranking 17th. This marks the second consecutive year that the Group has topped the comprehensive credit evaluation for residential construction general contractors in Nantong.

Nantong Construction Decoration & Interior Finishing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, achieved a comprehensive credit score of 92.69, ranking eighth in the 2022 Nantong City Credit Evaluation of Decoration and Renovation Enterprises.
