The Party Committee and Trade Union of the Group Company Conduct Spring Festival Visitation Activities

As the Spring Festival approaches, warmth fills the heart. To carry forward the company’s fine tradition of respecting the elderly and valuing talent, as well as supporting the military and their families, on the eve of the Spring Festival, at the behest of Chairman Zhang Xiangyang, the Party Committee and the Trade Union of the Group organized a “Warmth Delivery” visit-and-tribute campaign. More than 50 representatives—including retired cadres, former senior leaders, model workers, demobilized military officers, and employees facing financial hardship—were visited and presented with condolence payments and New Year greetings, conveying the deep care of the corporate family during these cold winter days.

The condolence delegation traveled to every corner of the city, stopping at each location to sit down and have heartfelt conversations with those being comforted, ensuring that their care was both practical and deeply felt. The delegation carefully inquired about everyone’s health, family life, and specific needs, attentively listened to their views and suggestions on the company’s development, and briefed them on the Group’s business performance over recent years. Chairman Guo Qiyun stated that, amid the industry’s “cold winter,” the Group is at a critical juncture—striving to survive while pursuing growth. All employees of the Construction Engineering Group are closely aligned with Chairman Zhang Xiangyang’s eight-character management guideline of “shrinkage, cost reduction, capability building, and overseas expansion,” making every possible effort to stabilize operations, mitigate risks, and drive transformation. In the face of adversity, the Group has held firm to its bottom line and achieved new breakthroughs in overseas market development, risk mitigation, and refined management. He emphasized: “The more challenging the times, the more we must never forget our veteran colleagues who have quietly dedicated themselves to the company, and the more we must safeguard our brothers and sisters with whom we have fought side by side.” In light of the current difficult situation, the condolence delegation solemnly pledged that the Group will always serve as the strongest support for all employees, doing its utmost to address their most pressing concerns and helping every member of the Construction Engineering family feel the warmth of the enterprise.
Each heartfelt word and every gesture of sincere care has warmed the hearts of every recipient of these visits. All expressed their deep gratitude to Chairman Zhang Xiangyang, the Party Committee of the Group, and the Trade Union for their thoughtful concern. During this critical period when the company is tackling tough challenges, such care is not only a material support but also a tremendous source of spiritual encouragement. They pledged to continue to closely follow and wholeheartedly support the Group’s development, firmly believing that under the leadership of Chairman Zhang Xiangyang, all employees of the Construction Group will unite as one, press forward with determination, and ultimately emerge from the industry’s current downturn to win this crucial battle for survival and sustainable growth.
This outreach initiative represents the Group’s concrete implementation of its development philosophy of “putting employees first” during a special period and further advancing Party building to drive trade union work. It is also a crucial step in consolidating collaborative momentum for development and bolstering confidence in overcoming challenges. Over the years, regardless of how market conditions have evolved, the Group has consistently upheld the fine tradition of extending care and support to employees before major holidays.
