Xia Dejun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, Chairman of the Trade Union, and Deputy General Manager of the Beijing Branch, led a delegation that included Deputy General Managers Sun Hongyu and Li Xiangjun, on a special visit to the site of the Haibosichuang 10 GWh battery cell production line and associated supporting facilities project in Jiuquan. The team conducted on-site visits and offered condolences, extending sincere greetings and conveying the company’s care and warmth to the project staff who are steadfastly working on the front lines in the severe cold.

Upon arrival at the project site, Xia Dejun and his delegation first convened a symposium with the project management team. During the meeting, participants, drawing on their respective job responsibilities, comprehensively reviewed the achievements made in the earlier stages of project implementation, thoroughly reflected on existing shortcomings and identified areas for improvement, and put forward a number of constructive suggestions focusing on key aspects such as construction schedule control, safety and quality assurance, and optimization of team collaboration.
After carefully listening to the work report, Xia Dejun fully commended the project team’s interim achievements. He noted that although the team was established only recently and its members come from diverse backgrounds, all staff have united in purpose and worked collaboratively, fostering a harmonious and cohesive team environment and demonstrating highly efficient, pragmatic coordination and execution. As a result, all aspects of project management have been steadily advanced with remarkable results. In light of the current challenging industry landscape, Xia Dejun emphasized that all employees must squarely face the challenges and remain clear-headed, while also maintaining unwavering confidence and rising to meet them head-on. By strengthening collaboration and adopting a more pragmatic approach, they should overcome obstacles and navigate the downturn, thereby laying a solid foundation and building momentum for the company’s future operations through high-quality, efficient on-site management.
Following the symposium, Xia Dejun and his delegation personally presented care packages to the project’s staff, ensuring that the company’s concern and warmth were precisely conveyed to every frontline worker. This outreach initiative not only enabled frontline employees braving the bitter cold to feel the organization’s care and the collective’s warmth, but also effectively boosted team morale, strengthened cohesion and determination, and injected strong momentum into the smooth advancement of all subsequent project tasks.
