Director and Deputy General Manager Xing Guangzhong
Xing Guangzhong is a male member of the Communist Party of China, holding a bachelor’s degree. He is a senior engineer, a Grade-I project manager, and a Grade-I construction engineer. He currently serves as a director and deputy general manager of Nantong Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., as well as the general manager of its Shanghai branch.
Honors:
From 1996 to 2004, was recognized by the parent company as an “Advanced Production Worker”;
In 1999, he was awarded the title of “Outstanding Project Manager of Construction Enterprises” by the Nantong Municipal Administration of Construction Engineering and Materials Industry.
In 2001, was awarded the title of “Outstanding Communist Party Member” by the parent company;
In 2002, he was awarded the title of “Outstanding Project Manager of Construction Enterprises” by the Nantong Municipal Construction Bureau.
In 2003, he was designated by the Organization Department of the Nantong Municipal Party Committee as a “candidate for cultivation as an academic and scientific leader in Nantong City.”
In 2004, the company was awarded the title of “Outstanding Enterprise Manager for Jiangsu Construction Projects in Shanghai” by the Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government Office in Shanghai and the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Engineering Administration.
In 2005, he was awarded the title of “Outstanding Project Manager of Construction Enterprises in Jiangsu Province” by the Jiangsu Provincial Administration of Construction Engineering and the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Industry Association.
In 2006, he was awarded the title of “National Outstanding Project Manager in Engineering Construction” by the China Association of Construction Enterprise Management.
In 2009, was recognized by the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Industry Association as an “Outstanding Construction Engineer of Jiangsu Province’s Construction Industry.”
In 2011, he was awarded the title of “Outstanding Individual in Supporting the World Expo” by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban–Rural Development.
Representative Works:
“Prevention and Control of Common Quality Defects in Large Underground Parking Garages and Corresponding Improvement Measures” was awarded the Third Prize for Outstanding Paper at the 2000 Annual Construction Academic Conference of the Nantong Municipal Society of Civil Engineering and Architecture.
“A Brief Discussion on Several Applications of CAD in Engineering Surveying” was awarded the Third Prize for Outstanding Paper at the 2000 Annual Construction Academic Conference of the Nantong Municipal Society of Civil Engineering and Architecture.
