“Spring brings promise, and the garden is awash with blossoms.” 4 month 4 On [date], the Youth League Branch of the Tianjin Branch, with the theme “Unite Hearts and Pool Strength, Learn and Advance Together,” organized all employees to visit the Weijin Road Campus of Tianjin University for a team-building event titled “Tianjin University—Begonia Season.” Amid the natural beauty and cultural charm of this century-old institution, the team strengthened its foundations and collectively reflected on the value of personal and collective growth.
On the campus of Tianjin University, 800 Numerous crabapple trees are laden with blossoms, while along Mingde Road, the Xifu crabapples exude a delicate, refined elegance and the weeping crabapples seem shyly on the verge of tears, their pink-and-white petals gently swaying in the breeze to create a moving, natural stage. Team members stroll together—some wander through the sea of flowers to capture smiling faces, others pause beneath the dappled shadows of blooms for casual chats that help them unwind—and in the intoxicating fragrance of the blossoms, their bonds grow ever closer. Unlike the carefree spontaneity of solo outings, “team travel” infuses the spring scenery with an extra touch of warmth: some take photos and share snacks, others patiently wait for their companions; it is in these small, thoughtful gestures that the beauty of collaboration and the spirit of inclusiveness shine through, quietly strengthening team cohesion as everyone enjoys a leisurely, enjoyable time together.

The deeper significance of this team-building event lies in the value it imparts through “research-based learning and collaborative progress.” Tianjin University’s motto, “Seeking Truth from Facts,” aligns perfectly with the team’s work philosophy of “pragmatism and accountability, striving for excellence.” During the activity, participants jointly visited the University History Museum, where they reflected on the glorious past of Beiyang University and the institution’s relentless pursuit of advancement, gaining a profound appreciation for its unwavering commitment to “a century-long legacy of steadfast dedication.” The open access to the laboratories and teaching demonstration areas allowed everyone to immerse themselves in the rigorous spirit of scientific research; General Manager Ge took the lead in operating an electronic teaching device, sparking active participation from all and fostering consensus in a relaxed atmosphere.
