Following the Spring Festival, the Beijing Branch has seized the momentum and pressed ahead with renewed vigor, adopting a spirited approach of “launching with full speed and fighting from the very start” to precisely position itself in the commercial construction sector and capitalize on emerging market opportunities. Recently, the branch was delighted to receive the Notice of Award from Xulin Holdings Group Co., Ltd., securing the commercial and financial land parcel of the Furong Garden project in Tongzhou District—comprising six components, including a hotel—with a contract value of RMB 545 million. This significant win further strengthens the Group’s deep-rooted presence in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei market and delivers a strong start to the new year’s market expansion efforts.

Located on the west side of Furong Road in Xinhua Subdistrict, Tongzhou District, Beijing, this project sits in the heart of Tongzhou’s core area, enjoying a uniquely advantageous geographic location and substantial development potential. The total construction scale amounts to 48,365.71 square meters, with a scope that encompasses diverse business formats and end-to-end construction services. The scope includes essential core components such as civil engineering (including steel structure works), architectural finishing, and exterior wall systems, as well as supporting infrastructure projects like water supply and drainage, heating, power and low-voltage systems, and ventilation and air-conditioning. In addition, the project incorporates specialized works such as new-energy installations and rooftop solar equipment, fire protection systems, and elevator installations, comprehensively covering all construction tasks specified in the design drawings and quantity takeoff. The project is scheduled to officially commence on April 20, 2026, and be completed and handed over on September 30, 2029, for a total construction period of 1,260 calendar days. Upon completion, it will become a prominent landmark in Tongzhou’s commercial services sector, further enhancing the district’s commercial amenities and elevating the overall quality of urban functions.
This successful bid not only underscores the Beijing Branch’s longstanding strength and deep market presence in Beijing, but also represents a pivotal breakthrough in expanding its business in commercial hotel construction. In recent years, the branch has focused on cultivating core urban areas and developing key property segments, leveraging its robust technical expertise, outstanding track record of project delivery, and highly efficient service response to steadily advance and continuously achieve breakthroughs in Beijing’s fiercely competitive construction market.
