Celebrating the 1st of July, Studying Xi Jinping Thought, and Promoting Development — The Party Branch of the Shijiazhuang Branch Conducts a Joint Party‑Building Activity on the Theme of Police‑Enterprise Collaborative Learning

To warmly celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, on July 10, under the unified guidance of the Party Committee of the Yuhua Branch of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Party branch of the Shijiazhuang Branch, in collaboration with the Party branch of the Dongyuan Police Station, organized Party members from the Shijiazhuang region to travel to Tayuanzhuang Village in Zhengding County for a joint thematic Party‑day activity titled “Celebrating July 1st, Studying Thought, and Promoting Development.” Through on-site study tours and symposiums, the event strengthened the synergy between police and enterprise in Party building, and facilitated smoother channels for inter‑agency coordination and support for grassroots development.
At the event site, all Party members lined up neatly at the Chuxin Square in Tayuanzhuang and solemnly reaffirmed their oath of admission to the Party before the bright red Party flag. The resolute and powerful recitation of the oath enabled every member to revisit their original aspirations and mission, undergoing a profound baptism of Party spirit and intellectual refinement. Following this, participants visited the Tayuanzhuang Village History Museum and the Rural Revitalization Exhibition Hall for on-site learning. Inside, detailed historical records and precious artifacts systematically trace Tayuanzhuang’s transformation—under the leadership of the Party—from poverty and backwardness to prosperity and revitalization. Tracing the footsteps of General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection tours, the Party members engaged in field study, gaining a direct understanding of the practical pathways through which Party building guides grassroots governance and empowers the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, thereby turning theoretical insights into concrete, deeply felt experiences.
Following the on-site study tour, the police and the enterprise held a focused symposium to discuss ways to enhance the quality and effectiveness of grassroots Party building. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on key priorities such as standardizing and normalizing Party branch development and implementing routine education and management for Party members, sharing and learning from each other’s experiences and best practices in Party work. They reached a consensus on establishing regular paired exchanges, fostering mutual empowerment, and jointly advancing improvements.
During the symposium, relevant officials from Nantong Construction Engineering, drawing on frontline construction practices, candidly outlined the challenges facing the company’s operations and management: difficulties in managing the transient workforce at construction sites, a high volume of requests for mediation of neighborhood disputes among migrant workers, and concentrated demands for childcare and educational support for the children of migrant laborers. Attendees from the Dongyuan Police Station listened attentively to the company’s concerns, providing on-the-spot responses to each issue. They pledged to institutionalize regular door-to-door services for registering information on the transient population, establish a joint police–enterprise mechanism for mediating conflicts and disputes, streamline administrative procedures, proactively offer front‑line assistance, and deliver targeted support to help construction firms overcome obstacles and ensure their smooth operations.
This themed Party‑day activity for joint learning and co‑construction in Tayuanzhuang was not only an immersive, real‑world exercise in Party‑spirit education, but also a concrete step to solidify the institutionalization of regular police‑enterprise collaboration. By leveraging Party building as a connecting link, the enterprise and the local police station have established a direct communication platform, effectively addressing longstanding challenges such as delayed feedback on corporate concerns and sluggish problem resolution.
Going forward, the Shijiazhuang Branch will take this themed Party‑day activity as an opportunity to further strengthen the police‑enterprise collaboration mechanism through Party building, establish a regular coordination and consultation system, and ensure that construction‑management challenges are identified, addressed, and resolved at the earliest possible stage. The Branch will remain committed to leveraging high‑quality Party building to underpin the steady progress of projects and to harness efficient police‑enterprise cooperation in driving the enterprise’s high‑quality development.
