Recently, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban–Rural Development issued the “Notice on the Publication of the 2025 Market Behavior Evaluation Results for Construction Enterprises from Other Provinces and Cities Operating in Beijing.” Relying on its end-to-end standardized credit management system and a track record of steady, compliant, and规范 operations in Beijing, the Beijing Branch of Nantong Construction Group was awarded the highest A rating in the annual market behavior evaluation, setting a benchmark for integrity and responsible business practices among out-of‑Beijing construction firms.
This year’s market‑behavior assessment covers nearly 16,000 construction firms from other provinces and municipalities operating in Beijing. The evaluation framework is structured around three key dimensions—basic management, business performance and compliance, and credit‑based value enhancement—and assigns ratings on a four‑tier scale: A, B, C, and D. Among these, the A rating represents the highest industry standard; it is granted only to the top 1% of entities among Class B firms based on their overall scores, serving as the Beijing Municipal Housing and Urban–Rural Development Authority’s most authoritative recognition of a firm’s compliance management and credit‑building capabilities.
For many years, the Beijing Branch has consistently regarded the development of a credit‑based system as a core strategy for deepening its presence in the capital’s construction market. It has established an end‑to‑end credit management framework that covers project bidding, on‑site construction, labor management, payment of project funds, and post‑completion maintenance and warranty. The branch rigorously complies with industry standards and legal requirements, including those related to safeguarding migrant workers’ wages and ensuring standardized site management. As a result, its credit rating in the Beijing market has remained consistently strong, earning the highest A rating for both 2024 and 2025, and its operational and managerial performance has been fully recognized by the relevant regulatory authorities.
This recognition with the highest credit rating not only represents the competent authorities’ high appreciation of the company’s compliant operations and faithful contract performance, but also lays a solid foundation of trust for the enterprise to deepen its presence in the capital market, secure key projects, and expand its regional competitive advantages. Moving forward, the Beijing Branch will take this honor as a new starting point, further integrating credit management into every stage of production and business operations, steadfastly upholding the bottom line of law-based and compliant conduct, and systematically refining its credit‑control measures. By leveraging superior creditworthiness to drive market expansion, the branch will continue to enhance the “Nantong JianGong” brand and contribute even more significantly to the high‑quality development of the capital’s urban infrastructure.
